When You Email

Include your event date, delivery address, expected guest count, and what you are looking for. The more detail you share, the faster we can respond with an accurate quote. We respond to all emails during business hours, typically within a few hours.

When You Book Online

Select your event date at jump-aroundpartyrentals.com/order-by-date, browse available inventory, and complete checkout with a 25% deposit. You will receive an order confirmation and a pre-delivery communication with your crew's arrival window.

For Schools, HOAs, and Churches

Call (512) 294-2221 for school carnivals, HOA community events, and church festivals. These orders benefit from a brief planning conversation before booking. COI naming your organization as additional insured is issued same-day at no charge. We have documentation ready for every school district in the service area.

For Large Events and Festivals

Multi-unit packages for corporate events, public festivals, and events with 200 or more attendees should start with a call rather than an online booking. These orders need a logistics conversation first - venue access, surface type, power availability, and equipment layout planning. See the corporate event guide.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes. Delivery fees are calculated based on your address and shown at checkout. No surprise fees on delivery day. Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Leander, Hutto, and Pflugerville are on our standard planned routes. Liberty Hill, Florence, and Killeen are longer runs and carry a delivery fee.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Birthday parties: 1 to 3 weeks out is usually fine. Summer weekends: 3 to 6 weeks. 4th of July: book in May. School carnivals: book by January for spring dates. Check live availability at order-by-date.

Do you provide COI for schools and HOAs?

Yes. Certificates of Insurance naming any organization as additional insured are issued same-day at no charge. We have documentation ready for every school district in the service area - RRISD, LISD, GISD, PISD, KISD, LHISD, FISD, and others. Name the additional insured when you book.

What if I need to cancel?

The 25% deposit is non-refundable but converts to a one-year raincheck if you cancel 8 or more days before your event. Weather cancellations follow the same policy - call by 7am on delivery day. See the full policy at FAQ page.

Do you deliver to parks?

Yes. Most parks require a city event permit and vendor COI before inflatables can be set up. We provide COI for park permit applications at no charge. Generator rentals are available for parks without power. Call before booking any park event to confirm permit requirements.

How much does a bounce house rental cost?
