What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, business / school / church checks, and cash—please have exact change as drivers do not carry cash. A 3 % card processing fee applies. Personal checks are not accepted.
Using a Groupon, veteran, or first‑responder discount? Enter the voucher (6‑8 digits below the barcode) in the “Customer Comments” field and pay only your deposit at checkout to lock in the savings.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non‑refundable 25 % deposit is due at booking. It reserves your inventory and is applied toward your balance. The remaining amount is charged automatically the morning of delivery unless you notify us of a different payment method in advance.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
You may cancel up to 8 days before your event for a 100 % rain‑check good for one year. Inside 8 days, your deposit is forfeited, but any additional amounts paid become a credit. Weather‑related cancellations made by 7 a.m. on delivery day also convert to a full credit.
